- Lead Generation and Sourcing: Utilize digital marketing, social media, and LinkedIn skills to generate leads and close deals.
- Cold Calling and Emailing: Pursue potential business opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
- Exploring New Sales Opportunities: Collaborate with potential partners to discover and explore new business opportunities.
- Developing Personal Leads: Establish personal connections to drive sales and revenue growth.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant Experience: Proven experience in IT training institutes and services, particularly in the local market.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong listening and presentation skills.
- Confidence and Initiative: Demonstrate confidence and take initiative to achieve goals and objectives.
Compensation Package: Competitive salary of 20K plus commission (slab capped) may vary based on experience.
