We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team in delivering high-quality training and investigations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TMS investigations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

The Senior AML Investigations Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs to equip analysts with the necessary skills to conduct effective investigations. This includes creating interactive training sessions, developing curriculum, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.

  • Develop and deliver onboarding and cross-skilling training programs to drive quality and performance through the TMS Investigations network.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop training materials and modules tailored to TMS investigations.
  • Maintain high standards in training delivery for consistent knowledge transfer.
  • Work a minimum number of live production cases/investigations per month to maintain investigations proficiency.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing expert advice to cross-functional teams on the impact of change on Analysts TMS investigations requirements, case outcomes, and decision complex U.S. investigations covering money laundering typologies and risks specific to our business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of TMS Investigations experience, with additional responsibilities, preferably training.
  • Ability to analyze complex and large amounts of data to inform effective case outcomes.
  • Proven track record of successfully improving investigations programs to meet both customer and regulator requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • A passion for learning, and evidence of driving performance improvement both for individuals and in the classroom.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify training needs, evaluate training effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and personal accountability.
