Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administration Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and proficiency in receptionist duties and office equipment operation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and messages.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including staff attendance, leave records, and staff movement.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including hotel and air ticket bookings.
- Prepare and verify invoices and financial reports.
- Assist with organizing events and activities, including CSR initiatives and employee engagement events.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
