Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Real Estate Sales professional to drive property sales in low-cost projects and other ventures. Your responsibilities will include expanding our customer base through lead generation, market condition counseling, and strategic business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential customers to explore new opportunities and expand our customer base.
  • Negotiate contracts and close new business deals by aligning requirements.
  • Analyze the local market to identify potential leads and opportunities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing customers to solidify performance expectations.
  • Establish and track daily, monthly, and quarterly targets.
  • Develop strategies for introducing new services and driving revenue growth.
  • Evaluate business needs to determine new opportunities and areas for expansion.
  • Collaborate in setting projected sales goals and objectives.
  • Prioritize achieving monthly targets and delivering results-driven performance.
  • Develop comprehensive business plans through market research and analysis.
  • Cultivate a network of referrals and leads to drive business growth.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and inform decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Sales-related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to make significant contributions to a rapidly growing organization.
  • Experience in market research and data analysis.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Superior presentation skills and excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local property market and trends.
  • A sales-oriented approach on social media platforms and awareness of digital marketing.
