Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

This is a comprehensive role requiring expertise in digital marketing and social media management. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive engagement, boost product awareness, and manage multiple social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Marketing Strategies: Develop innovative and results-driven digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and maintain social media presence across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
  • Content Creation and Scheduling: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content to meet business goals and timelines.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize digital marketing strategies.
  • Industry Trends and Tools: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance digital marketing capabilities.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with online communities, respond to comments, and build relationships with followers.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content and design teams, to ensure cohesive digital strategies.
  • Paid Advertising Campaigns: Manage paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Reporting and Insights: Provide regular reports on campaign performance and offer actionable insights for future improvements.
Requirements:
  • Digital Marketing Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management, preferably 3+ years.
  • Proficiency in Social Media Tools: Proficiency in social media management tools and software.
  • SEO, SEM, and Analytics: Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and analytics tools to measure campaign success.
  • KPIs and Metrics: Strong understanding of social media KPIs and how to measure campaign success.
  • Communication and Copywriting Skills: Excellent communication and copywriting skills to create compelling content.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Portfolio and Creativity: A strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing and social media campaigns, as well as a creative and detail-oriented mindset.
