Financial Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations, as well as proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP. Key responsibilities include managing construction and accounting ERP software, tracking costs by project/job, allocating labor, material, and overhead expenses accurately, processing vendor invoices and subcontractor payments, ensuring timely customer invoicing and follow up on collections, reconciling Accounts Payable/Account Receivable accounts and resolving discrepancies, and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage construction and accounting ERP software
  • Track and report on costs by project/job
  • Allocate labor, material, and overhead expenses accurately
  • Process vendor invoices and subcontractor payments
  • Ensure timely customer invoicing and follow up on collections
  • Reconcile Accounts Payable/Account Receivable accounts and resolve discrepancies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a construction or project-based industry
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP
