Job Description

We seek a seasoned Female Accounts Manager who can effectively manage and maintain accurate financial records, handle tax compliance, and support the accounts executive in day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, proficiency in accounting software and Excel, and exceptional analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.

Ensure tax compliance through GST (FBR) Sales Tax filings.

Verify and check invoices for accuracy.

Reconcile accounts to the general ledger and resolve discrepancies.

Communicate with clients regarding invoices and transactions.

Provide assistance with general queries related to accounts and finance.

Prepare and present financial reports as required.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience:

Master's in Accounting (MCom) / ACCA / Qualified Accountant (Preferred)

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software

Strong analytical and observation skills

Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Solid knowledge of computers, MS Office, and internet usage

Energetic, self-motivated, and committed to integrity and performance
