Backend Engineer Role

We are seeking a talented Backend Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our institutional trading platform. The ideal candidate will have experience with high-performance systems, Golang programming, and low-latency architecture.

The role requires designing and building integrations between our platform and global crypto exchanges, OTC desks, and brokers. This involves working with REST, WebSocket, and FIX APIs, as well as developing high-quality, low-latency integrations for order routing, trade execution, and data ingestion.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring and supporting venue connections and real-time data pipelines, collaborating with product and infrastructure teams, and contributing to system reliability and observability.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on backend or connectivity engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in Golang or similar languages (e.g., C++, Rust, C#).
  • Experience integrating with crypto or financial trading venues (CeFi or DeFi).
  • Familiarity with WebSocket, REST, and FIX APIs.
  • Background in high-performance distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of cloud-native development (AWS/GCP), Docker, CI/CD.
