An experienced Sales Manager is required to lead our corporate sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets.
- Client Relationship Development: Conduct needs assessments, collaborate with technical teams to design solutions, and maintain client satisfaction.
- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach and networking.
- Proposal Presentation: Present proposals and negotiate contracts to close sales.
The successful candidate will stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure long-term success.
Requirements:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2+ years of successful IT sales experience.
- Familiarity with hardware products from industry leaders such as Hikvision, Dell, Huawei, Lenovo, H3C, ProDevice, and others.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
