We are seeking an experienced and qualified Trainer to join our team. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to students and staff, sharing your knowledge and expertise, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

You will have the opportunity to design and deliver engaging training programs, conduct assessments and evaluations, provide feedback and coaching, and maintain records and reports on training activities.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver training programs for students and staff
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes
• Provide feedback and coaching to improve performance
• Maintain records and reports on training activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs
