IT Leader

SBT Japan is seeking an IT leader to oversee its Pakistan Office operations.

1. About the Role:

• We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT professional with a strong track record of leading IT departments.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, management, and technical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• The role involves planning, directing, managing, and overseeing the activities and operations of the IT Department, including acting as the Technology Expert of the company.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing or revising and maintaining disaster recovery plans, implementing policies, procedures, and standards relating to information technology.
• They will also manage all IT projects, including development, setup, procurement, phasing-out, and disposal.
• The candidate should have experience in website development, ERP, CRM, and BI systems, as well as database management, programming languages such as C#NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, and SQL Server.
• Knowledge of process and documentation is essential.

Responsibilities include managing the IT department and computer resources, recommending new products and technologies that will benefit the company's operations, and providing technical expertise to the organization.
