Sales Growth Specialist
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Growth Specialist to join our team in the South region. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets across all relevant channels. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic territory sales plans, negotiating annual business development agreements with distributors and key retail partners, and optimizing the distributor network to ensure effective coverage and return on investment (ROI). Additionally, you will monitor and manage distributor performance through regular business reviews, ensuring compliance with company policies and achievement of KPIs.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. They will have 4 to 6 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in the FMCG sector, and prior experience in territory/area sales management, distributor handling, and team leadership is essential. The successful candidate will have strong understanding of sales fundamentals, trade marketing, and distribution management, as well as knowledge of retail dynamics across General Trade, Wholesale, and Modern Trade. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with sales automation tools is also required.
