Lead Generation Specialist Job

About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through various channels and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation Strategy:
    • Research and identify potential leads through online and offline sources.
    • Develop and execute lead generation plans using CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Outreach and Engagement:
    • Initiate contact with potential leads via phone, email, or social media to introduce company products/services.
    • Conduct presentations or product demos to showcase value propositions to prospects.
    • Build and maintain relationships with leads to nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in the CRM system.
    • Analyze lead generation metrics (e.g., conversion rates, response rates) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide regular reports to management on lead generation activities and results.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.
    • Share insights and feedback to improve targeting and messaging strategies.
  • Goal Orientation:
    • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation targets.
    • Continuously seek ways to optimize processes and improve efficiency in lead generation efforts.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or lead generation.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of lead generation methods and tools.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • High level of persistence and resilience in pursuing leads.
    • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Attributes:
    • Self-motivated and proactive.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
