Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot technological issues and resolve problems promptly to maintain business continuity.
  • Install and configure new technology, including computer operating systems, software programs, applications, desktops, and other computer hardware.
  • Perform regular maintenance on phone systems, computer systems, computers, printers, network systems, and other technical equipment.
  • Administer user accounts, email addresses, and access levels for new employees to ensure they have the necessary tools to work efficiently.
  • Ensure data is backed up to prevent loss in case of system failure.
  • Run security checks on all systems to protect against cybersecurity threats.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • 2-4 years of working experience.
Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with multiple computer operating systems, such as Windows, Mac, and Linux.
  • General knowledge of troubleshooting Internet connectivity, phone systems, network systems, and other office equipment.
  • Able to create databases and utilize Excel spreadsheets at an advanced level.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent customer service skills and a desire to contribute to the company's success.
