  • BS/MS degree in business administration or related field
  • Proven sales experience with consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong leadership, communication, and influence skills
  • Ability to drive sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business acumen and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring and people management skills
