Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Proven experience working in AI / ML roles, preferably in a business or marketing context, is also essential. Additionally, you will require proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with experience in AI frameworks.

You should possess a strong understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Effective communication skills are also crucial, enabling you to convey complex concepts to the leadership team and collaborate closely with colleagues from various departments. Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus, as is experience with data visualization tools and techniques to communicate findings and insights effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI-powered solutions tailored to address specific business challenges and enhance the competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for integrating AI technologies into business processes and customer engagement strategies.
  • Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to extract actionable insights from large datasets, driving informed decision-making across the organization.
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models to automate tasks, optimize processes, and improve operations' scalability.
  • Continuously refine and optimize AI algorithms to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and relevance in diverse business contexts.
  • Closely collaborate with colleagues from various departments to align AI initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI technologies, sharing expertise through internal training sessions and workshops.
  • Lead AI-driven projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Monitor the performance of AI solutions post-implementation, iterating as necessary to maximize their impact and ROI.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI projects, including methodologies, findings, and outcomes, and provide regular updates to the leadership team.
