Internship Opportunity in Social Media Management

This is a 3-month internship at Rex Technologies.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for an individual to assist in developing and executing social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • The ideal candidate will create original, compelling, and on-brand content across various platforms.
  • A well-organized content calendar will be maintained to ensure a consistent online presence.
  • The selected intern will engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth.
  • Social media performance analysis and provision of actionable insights and reports are also essential duties.
  • Additionally, the intern will support in the creation and execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Assisting in branding efforts and ensuring brand consistency across platforms is another critical responsibility.
  • Candidates should be comfortable appearing on camera and contributing to video content creation.
Requirements:
  • No prior experience is required; however, prior internship or project experience is considered a plus.
  • Candidates must be currently enrolled in or have recently graduated from a marketing or related program.
  • A basic understanding of social media trends, tools, and strategies is necessary.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. is also required.
  • Strong communication skills, especially in English (verbal and written), are essential.
  • A creative mindset with attention to detail is highly valued.
  • Willingsness to learn and take initiative is crucial for success in this role.
