HR Officer

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee and manage the company's personnel policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of employee relations, performance management, and hiring processes are fair, equitable, and compliant with local laws and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and develop employees to meet the changing needs of the business.
  • Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts and issues, and administer employee benefits.
  • Ensure that hiring and disciplinary processes are fair and equitable.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data and personnel information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to implement effective talent management strategies.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software applications.
