As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing a comprehensive safety and environmental strategy that aligns with our organizational priorities.

Safety and Environmental Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive the implementation of our S&E operational master plan/strategy, leveraging our Nestlé S&E Management System (NSMS) and Nestlé Environmental Management System (NEMS).
  • Provide leadership across all parts of the organization to enable staff to realize their S&E goals and create pride in their achievements.

A Day in the Life

  • Create a compelling understanding of our S&E values and inspire stakeholders to excel in compliance and continuously improve, leveraging our Nestlé Continuous Excellence Foundations and Advanced Practices.
  • Develop a holistic strategy and implementation plan, aligned with Market priorities & objectives. Guide communication and implementation of the strategy.
  • Ensure local S&E management system is certified to OHSAS 45001 and ISO 14001 (regional agri services centers).
  • Act as a support function to ensure that business managers receive trusted guidance & support on relevant S&E matters from business continuity perspective.

  • Influence behavioral change in a team/department.
  • Worked in, and led, cross-functional teams.
  • Held one or more line (or project) management positions.
  • Expertise in legal and regulatory requirements and S&E standards.
