Job Title

As a Mobile Games Producer, you will manage the ongoing performance and evolution of existing mobile games.

You will lead cross-functional teams to optimize player engagement, retention, and monetization through content updates, events, and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project planning efforts for live operations, including objectives, scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Organize sprint planning sessions and facilitate collaboration between development and live operations teams.

Live Operations Management:

  • Plan and execute live events, content updates, and promotions to drive player engagement.
  • Monitor in-game activity and player feedback to address issues and identify opportunities for enhancement.

KPI Monitoring & Analysis:

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess game performance.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to generate insights and reports that guide decision-making.

Stability & Performance Assurance:

  • Ensure stability and performance of live updates by coordinating with QA and technical teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with design, development, marketing, and community teams to ensure alignment on live operations goals.

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent project management abilities, including prioritization and multitasking.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Game Design, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in game production or live operations.
