Accounting Expert Position

This is a key role that involves managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements and providing analytical insights to support business decisions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy of accounts.
    • Prepare and maintain general ledger, reconcile regularly to ensure consistency of accounts.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
    • Analyze financial data, provide reports and recommendations to support management decision-making.
    • Assist in preparing annual budget and financial forecasts, monitor difference between actual expenditures and budgets.
    • Provide budget control recommendations to assist the company in saving costs and optimizing resource allocation.
    • Monitor timely collection of accounts receivable, manage customer credit, reduce bad debt risks.
    • Ensure timely payment of accounts payable, maintain good relations with suppliers.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or financial management.
    • At least 2 years of accounting related work experience, those with international work experience are preferred.
    • Proficient in using financial software, proficient in MS Excel.
    • Fluent English language skills with good written and verbal communication skills.
    • High sense of responsibility, meticulous work attitude, able to work under pressure and maintain high efficiency.
  • Working Conditions:

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, regular office hours.
