As a seasoned project professional, you will oversee the execution of IT initiatives from proposal to implementation, ensuring seamless delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop business applications through design, development, and delivery, leveraging technical expertise and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Evaluate complex business requirements and processes, implementing effective solutions that meet client needs.
  • Lead design sessions and review meetings with technical and business teams, fostering open communication and consensus.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to drive business growth.
  • Direct daily operations, analyzing workflow, setting priorities, developing standards, and establishing deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously using formal project planning techniques, prioritizing resources and minimizing risks.
  • Oversee application design throughout its lifecycle stages, from business need to delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Contribute to departmental planning, goal-setting, objective-establishment, policy-creation, and procedure-development, driving strategic initiatives forward.
  • Assign, monitor, and review tasks for systems analysts, engineers, and other computer-related workers, providing guidance and mentorship.
Key Qualifications:
  • Strong business analyst, application design, and project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • At least 6 years of work experience, with 4 years of project management experience required, demonstrating expertise in managing multiple projects and teams.
  • Proficiency in ASP.Net / VB.net / SQL server 2000/2005 is necessary, with C# being an added advantage, showcasing technical expertise.
  • Experience in developing complex Web Applications and knowledge of the insurance industry are desirable, highlighting relevant skills and qualifications.
  • Flexibility, ability to work under pressure, and meeting deadlines are crucial, demonstrating adaptability and time management skills.
  • Experience handling foreign clients and excellent English writing and speaking skills are essential, showcasing language proficiency.
  • Ability to develop and manage project scope, deliverables, milestones, and critical resource planning activities, requiring advanced project management skills.
  • Manage concurrent projects and their interdependencies, utilizing logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Estimate, prioritize, and schedule tasks efficiently, leveraging analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate, train, supervise, or manage others to achieve goals, requiring advanced communication and organizational skills, highlighting leadership potential.
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented, with knowledge of ISO and document management, demonstrating commitment to excellence.
