Business Development Expert Wanted

Plan D Studios (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking an ambitious and experienced Business Development Expert to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, securing client contracts, and managing relationships with existing clients.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in writing compelling proposals and engaging with clients on platforms like Freelancer.com and Upwork.com. If you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and can negotiate effectively, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality proposals for projects listed on Freelancer.com, Upwork, and similar platforms.
  • Research and identify potential business opportunities to increase revenue streams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects meet client expectations.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
  • Provide regular feedback and insights to improve business development strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in writing proposals and successfully securing projects on Freelancer.com and Upwork.com.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in a business development or sales role is a plus.
