Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.

  • Fully remote work available, but some office visits may be required.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to multitask effectively. Experience with customer service software is a plus, but not necessary.

About the Job:

  • Customer Service Representative - Part-Time/Full-Time

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Answer phone calls, respond to emails and messages from customers, resolving their issues and addressing any concerns they may have.
  2. Document all interactions with customers in a timely manner, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide excellent customer service.
  4. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features, making recommendations to customers as needed.
  5. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve customer service skills and stay current on industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Physical stamina to sit for long periods, with occasional standing and walking.
  • Able to lift 25 pounds occasionally, with frequent sitting.
