2. Establish and monitor key performance indicators to drive school targets.
3. Lead, motivate, and empower teachers and staff to excel in their roles.
4. Cultivate collaboration with regional teams and other schools to share best practices and achieve collective goals.
5. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards.
6. Provide visionary leadership and develop effective human resources strategies.
7. Regularly assess student progress and school development through comprehensive annual plans.
8. Support professional development initiatives and quality assurance efforts to drive excellence.
9. Evaluate teacher and staff performance based on individual contributions to school-wide objectives.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education (B.ED/M.ED)
