Job Title: CC&B Functional and Technical Expert

About the Role:

  • To lead systems implementation involving configuration, development, integration, technical and functional testing for products in the Utilities Industry.
  • The technical and functional setup with respect to meter and AMI knowledge including installation, removal, exchange, meter reading, route design, maintenance, Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), business reporting, billing, accounts receivable collections, severance, and related system interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To have experience in implementing Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing & upgrading will be beneficial.
  2. Support the Lead effort for to-be process design, configure package, develop, and implement phases.
  3. Proven API integration experience.
  4. Leadership skills prioritization of tasks, schedule management, resource management.
  5. Understand key implementation & upgrade issues and implement solutions using Oracle CC&B's functionality.
  6. Reporting with BI Publisher, Data Modeling and Analytics.
  7. Business process design & development.
  8. Able to suggest and validate solution options for requirements and solution design with business teams.
  9. Work closely with technical (back office, development, business reporting team throughout solution i.e. design delivery, testing, deployment and integration).
  10. Team player expected to help the project team with any functional/technical issues that may arise during operations and project implementation and upgrade.
  11. Experience of application integration testing, including real-time applications solutions.
  12. Experience of billing and rates.
  13. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Version 2.x and project management with a bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent from a recognized university.
