The role of an Accounts Executive involves preparing financial statements and reports using multiple accounting software systems.

Your key responsibilities will include analyzing financial trends, costs, revenues, commitments, and obligations. Additionally, you will communicate with clients as necessary.

  • You will analyze and comprehend the scope of work for each task within the assigned timeframe.
  • Data collection and analysis for task completion will be your primary function.
  • You will ensure that all required data for job completion is comprehensive and communicate any missing information to relevant stakeholders.
  • You will process data for the preparation of financial statements, software modules, and setups.
  • You will collaborate with stakeholders to resolve client inquiries.
  • You will work with peers to accelerate delivery timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A CA finalist or article student CAF qualified candidate is desired.

Work Experience:

Newly graduated individuals or those with up to 1 year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping are suitable candidates.

Key Skills:

  • Familiarity with QuickBooks/XERO/Wave Apps is advantageous.
  • You should possess consistent, accurate, thorough, and detail-oriented skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and numerical aptitude are necessary.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • You should be able to operate effectively in a time-sensitive environment.
