Ticketing & Reservation Professional

We are currently seeking a seasoned Ticketing & Reservation professional to join our team in Peshawar. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our ticketing and reservation operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Ticketing and Reservation Operations: Oversee the entire ticketing and reservation process, from issuance to settlement, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Customer Interaction: Interact with customers to resolve queries and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in ticketing and reservation operations.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
