We are seeking a skilled Video Editor to join our team. As a key member of our content creation department, you will be responsible for transforming long-form podcast content into engaging short videos optimized for various social media platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of social media trends, exceptional video editing skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality content under tight deadlines.

  • Edit and produce short-form videos (reels, clips, and ads) for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring they are optimized for each platform.
  • Repurpose long-form podcast content into short, attention-grabbing clips that drive engagement and enhance audience retention.
  • Incorporate dynamic captions, motion graphics, and visual effects to elevate storytelling and viewer experience.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of short-form video editing with a strong portfolio showcasing past work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; experience with CapCut or similar tools is a plus.
  • Strong storyboarding and visual storytelling skills with the ability to craft engaging hooks for short videos.
