Job Overview

TUV Austria Bureau of Inspection and Certification is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager I&E to lead our Industry and Energy division. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an annual sales strategy, maintaining close oversight of sales performance, and providing timely feedback on any challenges encountered.

The ideal candidate will have superior English communication skills, a high level of motivation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. They will also possess effective time management, teamwork, and team leadership skills, as well as the capacity to collaborate with various teams across different departments.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop Annual Sales Strategy: Design and implement an annual sales strategy for the Industry & Energy division, taking into account market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  2. Maintain Sales Performance Oversight: Monitor sales performance regularly, identifying areas for improvement and providing timely feedback to ensure maximum results.
  3. Create Database of Upcoming Projects: Establish and maintain a comprehensive database of upcoming and potential projects in Pakistan, including project owner details, EPC companies, and other involved contractors.
  4. Advise on Business Expansion: Provide guidance on expanding TIS/TSS business areas to boost revenue and contribute to the company's growth.
  5. Design Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute marketing strategies for new services, such as pre-shipment inspection services and technical training services, to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  6. Cultivate New Client Leads: Identify and pursue new client leads, responding promptly to inquiries and building strong relationships with potential customers.
  7. Track Inquiries and Projects: Maintain an Inquiry Log/Data base to track potential inquiries and upcoming projects, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
  8. Lead Business Development Process: Lead the business development process from lead generation to project initiation, ensuring that all stages are completed within a reasonable timeframe.
  9. Meet Deadlines and Objectives: Meet deadlines and achieve set business objectives, contributing to the company's success and growth.
Job Requirements

  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Have proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to create presentations, reports, and spreadsheets.
