Junior Architectural Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Architectural Designer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting senior designers and architects in developing architectural designs for various projects. They will collaborate with the team to create innovative, functional designs that meet client needs and adhere to building codes and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Design Development: Assist in developing architectural designs, including sketches, plans, elevations, and 3D models.
  2. Research and Analysis: Research design ideas, materials, and construction techniques.
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with team members to develop design solutions that meet project requirements. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on progress.
  4. Documentation and Compliance: Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction. Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
  5. Site Visits and Feedback: Attend site visits for design development. Gather feedback from clients and colleagues to improve design solutions.
Requirements:
  • A degree or diploma in Architecture or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of building codes is an asset but not required.
Work Environment:

This role is based in Multan and requires willingness to relocate if not currently residing in Multan.
