Enterprise Oracle Solution Strategist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Oracle Solution Strategist to design and deliver comprehensive Oracle-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, understand their business challenges, and propose innovative and scalable solutions.

About the Role

This strategic role requires a strong mix of technical expertise, business acumen, and customer-facing experience. You will work closely with customers to gather detailed requirements and understand their business needs, then present tailored Oracle solutions to C-level executives and other stakeholders, aligning with their strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering trust and credibility through expert solution consultation.
• Conduct workshops and discovery sessions with customers to gather detailed requirements and understand business needs.
• Present tailored Oracle solutions to C-level executives and other stakeholders, aligning with their strategic goals.
• Solution Design and Strategy
• Design end-to-end Oracle solutions, leveraging expertise in Oracle ERP, HCM, CX, SCM, and other modules as required.
• Define solution architectures that are robust, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices.
• Address customer challenges by proposing Oracle Cloud/Fusion or EBS-based solutions, considering future growth and integration.
• Implementation and Governance
• Provide technical leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring customer satisfaction and project success.
• Review and validate the implementation approach, designs, and deliverables created by the technical team.
• Ensure alignment of Oracle solutions with business and IT roadmaps.
• Collaboration and Leadership
• Collaborate with internal teams, including developers, functional consultants, and project managers, to ensure seamless delivery.
• Guide and mentor technical teams, ensuring alignment with the proposed architecture and customer expectations.
• Act as a bridge between the customer's business and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and understanding.
• Performance and Optimization
• Conduct regular system health checks and propose optimizations for Oracle solutions.
• Identify and address performance issues to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
• Knowledge Sharing and Continuous Improvement
• Stay up to date with Oracle technologies, new releases, and industry trends.
• Share best practices and lessons learned with both customers and internal teams.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer environments and business processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect, Oracle ERP Cloud) are highly preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in Oracle application development, architecture, and implementation.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud/Fusion applications, including ERP, HCM, CX, or SCM.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in designing and presenting solutions to business leaders.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, and middleware.

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to engage effectively with customers.
• Strong expertise in designing enterprise solutions using Oracle Cloud or EBS.
• Deep understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into technical requirements.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex customer challenges.
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Knowledge of Agile/DevOps methodologies in Oracle environments.
• Experience in managing global or large-scale Oracle implementations.
• Familiarity with multi-cloud and hybrid cloud architectures.
• Onsite at the customer's location.
• Travel as required to meet client needs.
