Strategic Programme Lead

The role of a Strategic Programme Lead is crucial in driving multiple projects that span across various business units to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of related programmes to guarantee the overall strategic objectives are aligned.
- Determine budget based on scope of work and resource requirements, tracking costs to meet established targets.
- Implement effective project methodologies, develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
- Efficiently coordinate staff and internal resources to achieve objectives.
- Monitor project progress, adapting workflow to ensure deadlines are met.
- Nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing updates on strategy and progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of programme management experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
