  • We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Operational Management Professional.
  • This position involves working closely with senior management to develop and implement strategies that drive company growth.

The selected candidate will be responsible for creating daily and weekly reports on ongoing projects, ensuring timely completion and accurate record-keeping. Additionally, they will manage workload, create schedules, and maintain employee attendance records.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A strong background in business administration and management is essential, along with proficiency in English writing and speaking skills.

A degree in Business Administration (BBA) or related field is preferred, along with relevant experience in operational management. The selected candidate must be confident, influential, and possess good management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Senior Management to improve company growth.
  • Create daily and weekly reports of ongoing projects.
  • Create schedules and manage workload.
  • Ensure that the team is following client requirements.
  • Maintain daily attendance of employees.
  • Record keeping of employee work hours.
  • Test the end product according to client requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA).
  • Strong background in business administration and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English writing and speaking skills.
