Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
- Property Presentations: Provide clients with property options that meet their needs, conducting property viewings and negotiations to secure successful deals.
- Results Driven: Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently delivering results and exceeding expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, demonstrating a solid understanding of business principles and practices.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate, showcasing a track record of success and achievement.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationship-building.
- Self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed, driving personal and professional growth.
- Knowledge of the Lahore real estate market is a plus, providing valuable insights and expertise.
