Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Quality Assurance Architect to lead our test automation efforts. This individual will design and develop a comprehensive framework to empower the team to deliver high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop automated scripts to support Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipelines, ensuring seamless integration of testing methodologies.
  • Provide expert guidance on testing strategies, leveraging broad knowledge of approaches, practices, and techniques to inform the design and delivery of the overall testing methodology.
  • Stay up-to-date with process, practice, and technology advancements to ensure their effective integration into in-house solutions for testing challenges.
  • Mentor the quality assurance team and evaluate candidates for open positions, promoting growth and development within the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in related industries, showcasing expertise in Performance and usability testing, Selenium using Java, JMeter, Appium, and Git.
  • Proven experience in building and utilizing testing frameworks for release engineering, with exceptional proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to work effectively with the engineering team.
