Senior User Experience Designer

The role of Senior UI/UX Designer is a key position in driving customer-focused design and market-leading user experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesIn this capacity, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive end-user and market research and presenting new ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
You will create UI/UX research strategies and gather requirements and feedback from end-users and stakeholders.
You will identify product gaps, generate new design ideas, optimize UX, and improve overall product UI and UX.
You will develop comprehensive and scalable design systems that include reusable components, consistent typography, color palettes, grid systems, and interactive elements.
You will maintain and update existing design systems to align with evolving brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and user needs.
You will proficiently leverage ready-made design systems within Figma and integrate them into projects efficiently.
You will ideate new product feature designs based on product feature ideas.
You will work with customers to understand their design needs and discuss them with Product Managers.
You will create high-fidelity app designs and supporting assets using Figma.
You must have hands-on experience in PhotoShop and Illustrator to create design components and supporting assets.
