Job Overview

As a key contributor to our organization's success, you will be responsible for driving initiatives that enhance inventory performance and business agility in Pakistan. This role involves collaborating with regional sales teams and customers to improve service levels, reduce costs, and minimize waste.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including marketing, procurement, research and development, factory operations, quality control, and supply chain management.
  • Closely work with the supply planning, distribution planning, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely product delivery and promised capacities.
  • Develop and lead the finished goods import channel for Pakistan, focusing on process excellence and efficiency.
  • Identify areas for improvement through data analysis, highlighting opportunities for growth and reduction of inventory and waste.
  • Implement effective solutions to address structural drivers of inventory and waste, ensuring continuous improvement of performance metrics.
