Horticulture Supervisor

We are recruiting a Horticulture Supervisor to oversee the horticultural activities in our exterior gardens and greenhouses. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for directing, training, and motivating the horticultural staff, interns, and volunteers.

Main duties include working in the daily horticultural tasks, developing long-term productive relationships with garden volunteers/docents, and managing plant health and soil nutrition strategies for all gardens.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, ability to plan and teach instructional classes, and knowledge of sustainable gardening practices and integrated pest management.

Salary: Salary based on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Direct, train, and motivate the horticultural staff, interns, and volunteers.
• Work in the daily horticultural tasks.
