Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Recruitment Specialist to handle our recruitment needs.

This is a full-time position that involves independently managing the recruitment process. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, searching their background, and verifying their credentials to ensure they meet our hiring criteria.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Conducting thorough research on potential candidates, including skills testing and phone interviews.
  2. Accurately capturing and reporting data on key staffing metrics to inform business decisions.
  3. Delivering results on time and meeting monthly recruitment targets.
  4. Developing a deep understanding of the recruitment and selection processes to drive success.
  5. Utilizing online platforms and social media to source top talent.
  6. Understanding the importance of human resources and recruiting the right talent to achieve organizational goals.
  7. Performing job analysis to identify ideal candidates.
  8. Coordinating with colleges and universities to recruit top talent.
  9. Presenting our company to potential candidates and increasing awareness of our brand.
  10. Researching and recommending new sources for candidate recruitment.
  11. Improving our website's recruiting page to enhance our employer brand.
  12. Using our internal database to identify potential candidates.
  13. Advertising job openings on job boards to increase our candidate pool.
  14. Creating innovative recruiting strategies to attract qualified professionals.
  15. Mastery of advanced search techniques and social media platforms to find top talent.
Requirements

Strong organizational skills are crucial for this role.
A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in recruiting or staffing is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
IT skills and proven relationship-building skills are also essential.
An MPA or MBA in HRM is preferred.
