About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Ads & Growth Manager to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all paid media campaigns, developing creative ad concepts, and refining targeting and copy to increase return on ad spend (ROAS) and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and scale paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google to drive profitable conversions.
  • Develop high-performing ad creatives in collaboration with our content team.
  • Test and refine targeting, creative, and copy to optimize ROAS and customer acquisition.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics daily to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with our eCommerce and creative teams to optimize landing pages, bundles, and site experience for maximum conversion.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience running and scaling paid media campaigns for eCommerce brands.
  • Able to manage at least $500/day ad spend.
  • In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Strong grasp of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and A/B testing.
  • Understanding of how to leverage user-generated content (UGC) and influencer marketing for ads.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to turn numbers into strategy.
  • Creative thinker who understands target audience motivations and behaviors.

  • Experience with Shopify.
  • Background working with consumer products or trend-driven brands.
  • Understanding of influencer marketing and its integration with paid advertising.
