About the Role:

As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in driving manufacturing operations to achieve agreed targets on volume, cost, safety, quality and other KPIs. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality results and improving processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. To plan making and packing operations on the floor to achieve agreed shift targets in volume, quality, output reliability, cost and safety.
  2. To receive chemical and packaging materials in accordance with established procedures.
  3. To organize and control labor (operators, technicians and contract) for operations in terms of numbers and skills.
  4. To monitor material consumption and yield and reduce waste level through process improvements and efficient resource allocation.
  5. To identify skill gaps and organize training for workers to enhance their productivity and efficiency.
  6. To supervise weekly and monthly stock count and general Fourth Shift transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  7. To promote a culture of safety, health and environmental awareness among workers by enforcing relevant rules and regulations.
  8. To drive autonomous maintenance activities on the shop floor to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  9. To collaborate with colleagues to implement best practices such as TPM, HACCP, and all audit recommendations to improve operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience on a production floor preferably in an FMCG environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Sciences discipline.
  • Familiarity with supply chain operations especially in planning & SAP.
  • Experience in managing shop floor safety, health & environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to develop strong internal and external networks.
