**Full Stack Development Lead**

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Development Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in leading full-stack development projects, with a focus on designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications using the Azure ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead full-stack development teams to design, develop, and deploy complex applications using the Azure ecosystem.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using .NET Core, Node.js, Python, or Java.
  • Implement responsive UI/UX using React, Angular, or Blazor, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate full-stack solutions with existing systems.
  • Deploy and manage full-stack applications using Azure App Services, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure Functions.
  • Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using Azure AD, OAuth, and JWT.
  • Establish and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines using Azure DevOps.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on the Azure ecosystem.
  • Proven expertise in front-end development using React.js, Angular, Blazor, TypeScript, and HTML/CSS.
  • Advanced knowledge of back-end technologies (.NET Core, Node.js, Python, or Java).
  • Extensive experience with Azure services, including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in database management using Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, or PostgreSQL.
  • Expertise in infrastructure as code (IaC) using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Terraform.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Azure certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate).
  • Experience with event-driven architectures using Azure Event Grid, Service Bus, or Event Hubs.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML integrations with Azure Cognitive Services.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) for business automation.
