Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-impact product and brand videos from concept through final delivery. You'll work closely with marketing and design teams to craft engaging visual stories that drive brand awareness and conversions across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Video Editing & Assembly:
  • Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging product and promotional videos.
  • Deliver multiple versions optimized for web, social media (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube), and website embeds.
Concept Development:
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to brainstorm and develop video concepts and storyboards.
Graphics & Effects:
  • Enhance videos with motion graphics, animations, special effects, and 3D elements where applicable.
  • Maintain brand consistency in typography, color grading, and overall visual style.
Software Mastery & Optimization:
  • Stay current on the latest video-editing and motion-raphics software, plug-ins, and best practices.
  • Research and recommend new tools to streamline workflows and enhance creative possibilities.
Quality Control & Delivery:
  • Ensure all video assets meet technical requirements (resolution, codecs, aspect ratios) and brand guidelines.
  • Manage file organization, versioning, and hand-off to stakeholders.
Industry Trends:
  • Monitor emerging trends in video production, social media formats, and digital storytelling techniques.

Eligibility:

  1. Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Film/Media Production, Animation, Digital Arts, or a related field.
Experience:
  • 1–3 years of proven experience as a Video Editor or Motion Graphics Artist in a marketing, advertising, or production-house setting.

Special Skills:

  1. Expert Proficiency:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Additional Software:
  • Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Avid is a strong plus.
  • Motion-graphics software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya.
Visual Storytelling:
  • Strong visual storytelling sense and an eye for pacing, rhythm, and detail.
Project Management:
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Communication:
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
