This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on designing and implementing network stack components that drive innovation and deliver next-generation experiences. As a Software Engineer, you will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for designing and developing system-level software solutions that meet customer needs.

You will collaborate closely with systems, hardware, architecture, and test engineers to design and validate embedded and cloud edge software applications. This role requires a strong understanding of networking concepts, particularly Layer 3/Layer 4 experience.

  • Design, develop, create, modify, and validate embedded and cloud edge software applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design system-level software solutions
  • Develop strong understanding of networking concepts, particularly Layer 3/Layer 4 experience

Skill Requirements:

  • 1-3 years proficiency in C/C++ Programming
  • Experience with RDKB (Reference Design Kit for Broadband) and prplWRT middleware platforms is a plus
  • Familiarity with Yocto-based builds, CCSP layer, Gateway Apps, OpenWRT-based builds, TR-181 Managers, netmodel, Configuration management with ODL and modular network APIs

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in development of network stack components
  • Conduct unit testing to ensure reliability and performance of developed components
  • Perform on-target verification to validate functionality and integration of network stack
