Job Title

This role will be responsible for maintaining data quality and reinforcing data governance in Workday. The candidate will manage the day-to-day operations of the Workday HCM platform, assist with project management initiatives, optimize the platform, and drive continuous improvement of our processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with internal stakeholders to detail out project requirements for reports or enhancements
  • Document solutions, create process workflows, and receive knowledge transfer from the consultant
  • Engage with the Workday community to stay informed of new technical functionality and provide guidance to stakeholders on system capability
  • Develop and deliver Workday reports and training as needed
  • Perform Workday audits to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Respond to basic questions about Workday processes and conduct tier 1 troubleshooting

Requirements

  • Strong work ethic and adaptability to a fast-paced environment
  • Take initiative and identify process improvements, providing great customer service
  • Exceptional confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
  • At least 2 years experience in People Operations, HRIS, or a similar role
  • Superior written, verbal communication, and high attention to detail
  • Enjoy working in a team and partnering with stakeholders across Motive
  • At least 2 years of Workday experience
  • Bachelor's degree or significant HR Ops experience
