Enterprise Resource Planning Systems Manager

The Chief Information Officer will oversee the implementation, customization and maintenance of an enterprise resource planning system to support administrative processes. This includes student information systems, finance, human resources and procurement.
Key Responsibilities:- Streamline business processes by implementing, customizing and maintaining the ERP system to meet administrative needs.
- Collaborate with department heads and end-users to identify requirements and configure system modules.
- Design, implement and maintain a networking infrastructure that supports wired and wireless networks, routers, switches, firewalls and network security protocols.
- Manage server infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, storage systems and backup solutions.
- Develop IT strategic plans, budgets and roadmaps aligned with institutional goals and priorities.
- Research emerging technologies and trends in educational technology to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology, computer science or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a higher education environment.
- Strong technical expertise in enterprise resource planning systems, networking infrastructure and system administration.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and networking technologies.
