Job Summary

The Digital Operations Strategist will oversee daily operations and drive strategic initiatives for digital financial management tools and debit card transactions. Main ResponsibilitiesOperational Management

  2. Monitor and manage transactional processes, including payments, card issuance, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Analyze operational disruptions in digital financial services and implement corrective measures.
Process Optimization
  1. Analyze workflows specific to digital financial services operations to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  2. Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and streamline digital financial services-related processes.
  3. Collaborate with product management teams to support system enhancements and new features for offerings.
Team Leadership
  1. Lead, mentor, and train cross-functional teams focused on digital financial services to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  2. Coordinate efforts across departments to resolve operational challenges and meet business goals.
Compliance and Risk Management
  1. Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures tailored to digital financial services in alignment with industry standards.
  2. Maintain a robust framework for data integrity and security.
Relationship Management
  1. Manage relationships with financial institutions, card networks, payment processors, and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
  2. Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure cost-effective services and solutions.
