About the Job

  1. The Environment, Health and Safety Officer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a safe working environment, practicing safe working techniques, and promoting a culture of safety awareness.
  2. This role involves establishing a professional relationship with colleagues, maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations, and standardizing health and safety procedures.
  3. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to conduct regular staff meetings, and document staff information, minutes of meetings, and reports compiled for management.
  4. Regular equipment inspections are also a crucial aspect of this position.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree or an associate's degree in a relevant field.
  • Valid competency certificates and registration as a Health and Safety Officer.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, with proficiency in all Microsoft Applications.
