Sanitation Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sanitary Worker to join our team at NADRA Technologies Ltd.

• Perform sanitation-related tasks in the Peshawar region on a project basis.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective waste management practices.
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote public hygiene awareness.

Requirements:

• Primary or middle-level educational background.
• No prior work experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Residency in the same tehsil as per CNIC/domicile.
• Ability to work at multiple locations within the same tehsil.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Preference will be given to applicants who reside in the same tehsil as per their CNIC/domicile.
2. Candidates from the same tehsil as per their CNIC/domicile will be allowed to work at only one location.
3. The selected candidate will be hired initially for a contract period of 1 year, which may be extended if necessary.
4. A 5-year age relaxation is already included in the above age limit.
5. Shortlisted candidates must bring original documents, attested by respective boards (personal, educational, and professional), at the time of the interview.
6. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.
7. The management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
8. Employees serving in government/semi-government departments must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.
9. Original degrees/certificates from respective educational boards must be provided at the time of the interview.
10. The selected candidate must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
11. Electronic gadgets such as mobile phones, smartwatches, etc., will not be allowed during the test/interview.
12. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.
13. Females, minority groups, transgenders, and differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
14. Candidates can be disqualified at any stage of the recruitment/selection process due to providing fake documents, false information, or using any type of influence.
15. The selected candidate must serve at the concerned project site and cannot request posting to another district; however, the management reserves the right to post them at another district based on project requirements.
16. The deadline for submitting applications is January 19, 2025, and only online applications will be considered.

These positions are specific to a particular project/location and do not confer any entitlement of regular or contractual appointment. Services will be laid off upon completion of the project.
